Terms of service

The service

kvb L.L.C-FZ (trading as crœvolution), Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("crœvolution") provides conversion work for e-commerce brands under a signed agreement. The agreement you sign sets the scope, price and term; these terms cover the use of our websites and client portal.

The client portal

Your portal link is private to your company. Do not share it outside your team. We may revoke and reissue a link at any time.

Connecting your Meta ad account is optional. It gives us read-only access to the ad accounts you choose, and you can disconnect at any time from the portal or from your Meta Business settings.

Your content

You keep the rights to your brand, products and data. You give us the right to use them to do the work in our agreement.

Liability

The websites and portal are provided as they are. Results from tests and pages depend on your traffic, offer and market, and are not guaranteed. Our liability is limited as set out in your agreement.
