Who we are
kvb L.L.C-FZ (trading as crœvolution), Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("crœvolution", "we") builds landing pages, funnels and split tests for e-commerce brands. This policy covers croevolution.com, app.croevolution.com (our client portal and onboarding) and the crœvolution Meta app our clients use to share their ad account data with us.
Questions or requests about your data: vilobatir@croevolution.com.
What we collect
- Contact and company details you give us when you book a call, sign up for our letter or onboard as a client: name, email, phone, company name, address, tax number, store URL and the Shopify collaborator code.
- Contract and payment records: the agreement you sign (through eSignatures.io) and the payments you make (through Whop or bank transfer). We do not receive or store card numbers.
- Call recordings and notes, when you agree to a recorded call.
- Usage data on our websites: pages viewed and events, through PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
- Meta ad account data, only when a client connects their ad account in the client portal (next section).
Meta ad account data
A client can connect their Meta ad account from the Settings tab of their client portal, using Facebook Login for Business. The connection asks for read-only access (the ads_read permission) to the ad accounts the client chooses, and nothing else. We cannot create, edit, pause or pay for ads through it.
What we read: for the last 90 days, each ad's name, status, campaign and ad set, its spend, impressions, clicks, purchases and purchase value, its creative (headline, text, image or video thumbnail) and the web address the ad sends people to.
What we use it for: to see which ads send traffic to which pages of the client's store, so we can plan, build and test landing pages that match those ads, and to report results to that client. The data is shown only to that client in their portal and to our team. We do not sell it, share it with other clients, use it for advertising, or combine it with data from other clients' accounts.
Where it is kept: the access token is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and stored with the connection record; the ad data is stored as daily snapshots in private storage (Vercel Blob) and kept for 120 days.
How to stop it: disconnect in the portal's Settings tab, remove the crœvolution app in your Meta Business settings (Business integrations), or email us. On any of these we delete the token and the stored ad data within 30 days.
How we use your data
- To deliver the work in our agreement with you: research, pages, tests and reports.
- To run the relationship: contracts, invoices and payment reminders, and messages in your Slack channel or by email.
- To send our letter, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how our own website is used and to measure our own ads.
Who processes it for us
Notion (our records), Slack (client channels), Resend (email), Whop (card payments), eSignatures.io (contracts), Cal.com (call booking), Fathom (call recordings), Vercel (hosting and storage), PostHog, Microsoft Clarity and Meta (website analytics). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Client records and contracts for as long as the agreement runs and then as long as tax and accounting rules require. Meta ad data for 120 days, or until the connection is removed. Letter subscribers until they unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion, and you can object to how we use it. Email vilobatir@croevolution.com and we answer within 30 days. For Meta data, see https://www.croevolution.com/data-deletion.
